Your Next Step

There is no pressure when dealing with our Company. At our first free meeting we discuss your circumstances/needs and provide a full explanation of what is legal and possible. We then always quote a fixed price for the services outlined and at that point there is no obligation whatsoever to go any further.

If you contact us either by phone or email we will be pleased to arrange an appointment at your home (or workplace). This can be during the day or evening at a time to suit you. At this point, we can discuss our full range of services and products and it will become clear which best suits your needs.

A fixed price for our services is prepared to enable you to make a decision whether to instruct us to act on your behalf.

Assuming you wish to continue, we would then build up a picture of your personal circumstances and make sure we understand your wishes.

At the end of the session we would have prepared for a Will that:

• Reflects your personal wishes for the distribution of your estate
• Protects your family home from sale due to care costs (if appropriate for your circumstances)
• Allows specific gifts to be given to named recipients (called legacies)
• Provides provision for unmarried couples and stepchildren
• Allows for the appointment of guardians (if appropriate)
• Allows for the creation of suitable Trusts (covering aspects such as the age that children inherit and catering for beneficiaries who are disabled)
  
  Check and Double Check

There will be one last check with you to make sure that nothing has been missed.
Your Will, carefully tailored to your instructions, will then be expertly written by our Legal Department and double checked by your local LSUK consultant. We then visit you again (at an agreed date and time) and make sure that the document is signed and witnessed correctly according to the law.
